They all think it's very nice.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. I enjoyed driving the car, but it was very expensive to run and I had endless problems with it.
What are you likely to buy next?
I have just decided to purchase a 2011 Ford Focus 1.6tdci. I would idealy like something with a bit more power, but they are very good on fuel and nice to drive.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I suppose it was a good deal for a low mileage executive car, but I did need to replace the exhaust shortly after. Also negotiated the price down to £1700 from £1800.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Nice looking, a lot of power, low mileage for the age a price.
What was the dealer like?
It was a medium sized garage selling cars. They were friendly and polite. They let me take the car for a test drive without any problems. I wasn't kept waiting.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Nice. The car had a lot of power, which I enjoyed making use of. It handled quite well, with 'sports' suspension and low profile tyres.
What's it like to park?
Being such a massive car, it was sometimes quite difficult to get into smaller parking spaces. It took me a while to get used to how far back boot went (being a saloon). Parking was never really that much of an issue.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes. A hose split shortly after buying the car (this was taken care of under the short warranty I was given. The exhaust had to be replaced because it was corroded. I had an issue with the fuses, causing the engine to cut out and fail to start. At 62,000 miles, the head gasket went.
What's most practical about your car?
Very large boot space.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The basic model was a bit basic, but electric windows and side mirrors are always nice. I liked the cup holder which slowly slid out.
