I like classy small cars - but only the Mini has style.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No comments have been made but then the only opinion that matters is mine.
Would you buy this car again and why?
This is my 4th Mini so unless something better comes along yes I would. Because it does every thing I want it to do very well. In my opinion the best car in the Mini range to buy.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably the latest Mini Cooper S.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes. Got a decent trade in value for my old car and also negotiated a £1100 discount off the Mini.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I needed a small, quick, good to drive hatchback , could be specced as i wanted and held its value. The Mini fulfilled that need.
What was the dealer like?
Efficient, courteous and importantly allowed me enough time for a proper test drive.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
With a 184 bhp on tap the car pulls effortlessly and quickly in any gear. 6th gear provides quiet cruising and pulls easily from 35mph. Slick gearbox coupled with light clutch makes this car an absolute joy to drive especially when you factor in the handling. Ride is a bit firm on the 17 inch wheels but the ride/ handling compromise is about right. Spot on driving position easily adjustable to suit the driver.
What's it like to park?
Very easy due to the cars size and the excellent 360 degree vision all round with no blind spots.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No. Has performed admirably since purchase 15 months ago.
What's most practical about your car?
Has enough space for luggage and weekly shopping especially when you drop down the back seats back rests. Perfect for two people.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Electric folding door mirrors - essential for garage and general parking. iPod /Bluetooth facility. Superb audio system as upgraded to hi fi unit. well worth the money. climate control.
