The Mini is a fun second car. I use it for running around locally as we live in a village so nearest shops 14 mile round trip. Not a practical car and have to plan longer trips but have a Discovery Sport for holidays etc. The Mini is well built and puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. If you can charge at home and only need to do less than 100 miles a day and require a fun car the Mini does the job. The economic case for electric vehicles is not as strong due to increase in cost of charging away from home.
