Economy
Value
Not bad, I had quite a high spec Cooper with lots of the extras such as 17"" wheels, chilli pack and cd changer upon order, I was nearly changing my mind, but I'm glad I didn't, the quality was, and is, first class.
Costs
Only had it two days and I used to have a diesel so I'm going to complain about the fuel consumption, but it's not that bad 33mpg round the city. £100 for servicing for 5 years, great, tyres are expensive for the 17"" wheels if you want the same ones.

On the road
Driving
The car drives so well on smooth winding roads and can easily out run faster cars thanks to the wide tyres and sports suspension. The only problem I've found is that the suspension can be very hard over bumpy roads, but who cares.
Performance
Coming from a diesel I miss the torque, but it does fly. Combined with the amazing handling you have a ""KEV"" beater everytime. I had a go at a 106 GTi down some lanes and had him first, the first tight bend, sticking to the road speed limit.

Living with it
Reliability
Only just had it, no problems as yet, even if something did occur the car has ample cover from BMW roadside assistance and various other backup procedures.
Image
Exterior is stunning looks great with 17"" wheels in met' black with white roof and wing mirrors. I haven't done this, but will add the BMW body kit, which makes it look stunning. Interior is lush, red with black and dark grey dash with half leather.
Comfort
I'm 6ft 4"" loads of head room, sports front seats are nice a supportive. Most people complain about the rear seats, but i've sat in the back and find them fine. The car feels massive inside, that's the the high roof and the dash board.

Security and Service
Security
Had a tracker fitted but no alarm, although I probably will get one fitted. Doors lock themselves as you pull off which is a nice feature found on the higher BMWs. Remote central locking works from long distance.
Service
Very good, once I got the car back home I noticed the front alloys were a different shade to the rear ones. I'm currently waiting for an explanation and alloy exchange.
