BMW Quality Fit And Finish has coupled with their brilliant 2 Litre turbocharged engine made in JCW guise a vehicle IMHO that’s simply unmatched in drivability. Wickedly quick when asked yet amazingly civilised when not, just a superb all round vehicle to own. An obvious cliche but in my case the truth ‘ simply the best car I’ve ever owned’
PS. If the hatch is too small there’s always the blisteringly quick JCW Clubman.
