What does this car say about you?
Stylish car not run of the mill and does'nt scream boy racer.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Family think it was a very bad choice after all the problems. I dont think my neighbours can think.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No no no. Car let us down several times gearbox clutch all before 50k. Parts are very expensive and garages charge high labour because of the Mitsubishi high hours for each job 7 hours for gearbox or clutch replacement. £500 for a cambelt change. Standard wheels require exclusive and expensive tyres and cut tyres up before they wear out. Fully synthetic oil is expensive. It has no benefits of a Japanese car buy a Fiesta ST.

Did you get a good deal and why?
The car was very low mileage had a full dealer service history and an older gent was the only previous owner. Car was immaculate and we got it mid winter for a low price.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
It seemed to fulfill all the things we wanted, small economical stylish.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Engine is smooth more than fast. Handling and ride is quite stable but if you do try to drive car quite hard the traction/stability control cuts in easily and very jerky. Steering is ok but a touch fake. Ride is very good and a great balance of comfort vs sport. Brakes are poor and not up to the job. The car has very large windscreen pillars and very poor blind spot when approaching islands.
What's it like to park?
Easy to park large mirrors lightish steering.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Clutch, gearbox, discs rusting, air con pulley, constant splits in tyre wall. gear shifter bearings seized. Fault with alarm not switching off. Cheap glass scratched very easily.
What's most practical about your car?
Rear seat can be folded or lifted.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Mine had a very rare cruise control option that I never used as it made car worse on fuel. Trip computer.
