Summary
What does this car say about you?
Has sense and opted for something with a little charm.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Looks sporty, is extremely practical, offers good economy...not that I care about that... and I am told it has a comfy rear bench.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, I would. And I am. I'm getting one for my girlfriend.
What are you likely to buy next?
The same again, just the one with a few Ralliart badges and a 1.5 turbocharged kick in the nuts 150+bhp engine. In red, and as a 5dr.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£8,999
When did you buy the car?
October 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, I had loads of extras included and got a brilliant price for everything. Finance worked to my budget and very extensive aftercare too.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Space, practicality, performance and economy.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly, not pushy, just honest and fair. All I could ask for. (John Battson, JCT600 PriceRight, Rawdon, Leeds).

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fun, fast, daring, fixed, encouraging and very safe. Keep the revs over 3500 and it will happily keep up with any of the run-of-the-mill Audis, VWs, Fords, Vauxhalls, Etc. Mine, I am glad to report, will (and has) out run many a Golf MK4 GTI and Focus ST170s.
What's it like to park?
Easy as pie. Anyone with an IQ over 3 could park this car;- it has good all-round visibility, light steering, large, electric wing mirrors, a thin waist and slightly flared arches so you can always see the widest point of the car.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
New tyres fitted (not essential but highly recommended) as the original Goodyear NCT-5 tyres don't compliment the car at all. Goodyear Eagle F1s are much better and last longer, so consequently work out about the same price in the long run.
What's most practical about your car?
Ooooodles of space. The rear seats fold perfectly flat, as does the front passenger's, leaving enough room for three large dogs or a 55" LED TV or an armchair, or a mattress, or a garden shed, a trip to Ikea (it is a very long car, you can fit a whole bookcase in this thing!) Or pretty much anything really!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The optional stereo and speaker upgrade is a MUST. Speak to your dealer for a better price as the Mitsubishi UK website is a lot dearer. I recommend Luscombe Mitsubishi, Leeds.
