They love it, it generates interest when we are out in it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes we would. It is the best £1,500 we have spent. Compared to some new cars reliability has been outstanding and so much car for your money at any price. WE love it.

Mitsubishi Legnum VR-4.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
The looks and the fact it was different from the run of the mill cars you see everyday. We also only buy estates.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Cruises easily on the motorway, no effort to drive it but you are still involved. Great performance that gives other drivers a fright as they don't expect it from an estate car. Puts a smile on your face when you drive it.
What's it like to park?
Once you are used to the size, no problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Premature crankshaft pulley wear which leads to a turnover of aux belts every 6,000, but we only actually changed the pulley at 157,000, the original was still on there. Aside from that, perfect.
What's most practical about your car?
The space and the fact it eats motorway miles with no fuss. Perfect motorway cruiser but with great performance when needed.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Tiptronic box allowing us to drive it manually, deretsricts the auto box allowing much more performance.
