What does this car say about you?

That I need a practical car good value car that I can get the dog in as well.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The family like that car and my son reckons that it's the best car I've owned and that it's unpretentious.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Absolutely, on a run it does over 37mpg, it's been totally reliable, I love the auto box and it's very practical.

What are you likely to buy next?

If I can find one probably an 09 plate version of what I have now.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes I got a good deal, the franchise were very helpful and as we'd already purchased a Colt CZ3 for my wife they were happy to give me a good trade in value for my 11 year old 5 series.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Needed an automatic transmission

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful, we went to the dealer and simply asked what automatic cars they had in. They were happy to offer road tests in several vehicles to make the comparison and I liked the Lancer best of all.

What's it like to drive?

It handles as you'd expect a family estate to. It's communicative enough and easy to drive, but I wouldn't recommend really trying to push on over a twisty back road.

What's it like to park?

Very easy to park with no blind spots.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Not a thing, the most reliable car I've ever owned.

What's most practical about your car?

The boots a good shape and easy to load as the lips not very high.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The automatic gear box, very smooth changes, the tiptronic option for when you want to hussle it along and the fact that it adapts to your driving style.
