Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Spent a lot of time looking for a car with a really big boot but without going to a people carrier. This offered comprimise of biggest boot (tried Audi A6 and Merc E class) with slightly higher seating position and loads of space in the rear for the children. Seating is superb with all seats sliding to vary boot size or leg room.
What was the dealer like?
Very good service, came to the house to sort out the deal, good test drive facility without salesman pressure.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I wouldn't bother to wait for the 2.2 diesel, the 2 litre VAG derived engine is too much for the front wheel drive if pulling away hard from junctions, traction control cuts in regularly. Engines are very tight when new, was easy to stalling for first 500 miles and cruise struggled in 6th a bit. Now no problems, 5th gear from 40 mph 6th from 50. Returning 43mpg on most runs, even 40 locally.
What's it like to park?
No problem with visibility, electric folding mirrors handy in car parks. Do miss my parking sensors though from previous car!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No
What's most practical about your car?
Interior space, drives very well due to lower centre of gravity than usual 4 x 4's (aluminium used in roof etc to save weight up top)
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Warriors blue tooth phone system is very good, pairs to 7 phones and uses voice activated commands to dial out. Very easy to use. Rear tailgate great to sit on under the upper tailgate when coming back from walks with the dogs and changing muddy boots!
