What does this car say about you?

Steady & reliable - with longevity!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My son has been impressed at the versatility and space in this car - and he's a CRITIC! He's also over 6ft. and can sit behind the drivers seat in comfort.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I've had this car longer than any other that I've owned. Unfortunately they don't make them any more - and haven't produced an equivalent model. Don't do a diesel estate either. SHAME.

What are you likely to buy next?

Just bought a Mazda 6 Estate - top of range diesel with all the toys. (Son is having the Mitzi!)

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Steady. Diesel engine is willing and surprisingly agile. I've out-accelerated a few surprised owners of more powerful and flash cars! Cruises nicely on lomng distance, but equally good in town.

    What's it like to park?

Pretty easy. Turning circle is not the most versatile, but it tusks away nicely.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Split Cat' @ 55k Water Pump @ 65k Driver's window motor @ 70k All fixed under (extended) warranty without fuss.

What's most practical about your car?

Load carrying capacity. You can eithe3r pull rear seats forward, or drop the rear seats, as necessary. Very flexible. Economical too - even towing my folding camper.

    I'm not into gadgets!
