Economy
Value
Not many in this class can out perform these beuties. A very underrated car. Even I was sceptical when I bought mine - but soon changed my tune.
Costs
Can be thirsty when pushed, but sensible mileage can be gained if driven nicely, or on motorways.
-
On the road
Driving
Very sharp handling, excellent in corners.
Performance
The revvy engine delivers power very smoothly and close ratio box means acceleration is available way past 100mph.
-
Living with it
Reliability
At 74,000 miles now and has not let me down once. Typical Japanese reliability.
Image
Bodykit works for me.
Comfort
Sports suspension means 'stiff', so pot holes can be a pain in the butt, but no worse than any other GTi I've driven.

Security and Service
Security
Nissan NATS system (alarm and immobiliser) is Thatcham CAT1.
Service
Nissan personnel can be a bit simple, but have always got the job done.
