Economy
Value
Excellent value for money. Less than 50% of new price with only 16000miles on clock and virtually brand new condition!
Costs
Cheap to buy and fuel. Insurance expensive, over £2000! At 22yrs old.

On the road
Driving
Neither sporty nor overly comfortable. Pleasant, but gear shift could be better. Clutch has stubborn design - wants to be depressed all the way. Pedals a bit small and too close together.
Performance
Steering very good. Acceleration too slow. Suspension too harsh.

Living with it
Reliability
Unbeatable. Totally dependable and very durable. Will go on forever!
Image
It's a Nissan! Bland and anonymous despite alloys and spoiler.
Comfort
SE version = Pleasant velour seats, but firm ride due to alloys. Avoid fabric trim as in Actic version! CD Player good and nice cabin touches e.g. storage and plenty of lights everywhere. Excellent boot and seat folding features. 3-point center seat belt.

Security and Service
Security
Remote C/ L with good features, NATS alarm and immobiliser very good. No problems.
Service
Nissan customer service good for requesting paperwork etc. But astronomical prices for servicing.

Problems and Ownership
Problems
Engine
None
Other
Makes a wonderful first car, although insurance will be a huge shock! Handbrake light reamining on while driving illogically means brake fluid required!
