Summary
What does this car say about you?
Head over heart.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Family love it. Cleaner lines and more handsome than the hatch. I'm 23 and my mates take the piss out of the interior: If only Nissan had used Black and better plastics as grey looks old-fashioned and less expensive. Everyone's impressed with how much you get for your money.
Would you buy this car again and why?
It should last a long time, so probably not. If I wrote it off tomorrow I'd definately look for another though.
What are you likely to buy next?
Sod the in between. I'll either go very sporty or very comfy. Either stripped out MX5 / Modified Ibiza Cupra, or a Peugeot 607 HDi / Saab with cream leather.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It floats. Very smooth on most roads. rougher roads it jitters rather than thuds. 1.8 feels natural, pulls well: economical but vocal at top end. Seats don't look much but are increadibly comfy and better for motorway miles Focus, Xsara and Megane. Cabin plastics are clearly economy with occasional flimsy feel and in time, minor rattles. Handling is grippy, chuckable and predicatble. Drift pattern is understeer where Focus would tuck in and trail the rear, but then it's not really that kind of car is it!
What's it like to park?
Easy with light steering. Saloon takes a coupla wks getting to know the rear before u can reverse into tight spaces hastily.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing yet. My previous Almera 1.5S had covered 70,000 with no faults.
What's most practical about your car?
3x 3point seatbelts and headrests in rear. Good size boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Pop up dash stowie and pop down sunglasses holder.
