Summary
What does this car say about you?
Despite all the equipment that this car has, it doesn't talk, but if it did, it would say that I'm individual and don't care what anyone else thinks.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Who cares, they stare, but I want them to.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely, but as only 2000 were sold in the UK via the Nissan network and all of them are 2010 models, it is unlikely that imports aside, the cube will ever be sold in this country again.
What are you likely to buy next?
Something equally as individual (if possible).

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£7,000
When did you buy the car?
July 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, ex demo direct from Nissan, still under warranty and top of the range, with more equipment than even the most luxurious car would have.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Different looking, good size and very well equipped.
What was the dealer like?
Good, I never saw the car 'in the flesh' as it was a distance purchase, but the dealer was happy to send lots of pictures and answer my questions. The car is very rare and this one was on sale over 300 miles away, but the dealership offered to deliver it for an additional £50.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smooth, quiet, solid, luxurious.
What's it like to park?
Easy with the colour reversing camera, you can't go wrong.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The windscreen seal went, but this was replaced locally under warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
Luxury and economy.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Loads of equipment from A/C, climate control, push-button start/stop, cruise control, Bluetooth, USB, PAS, alloys 4 X e/w, panoramic sunroof, auto lights and wipers, sat-nav, reversing camera the list goes on, but the appearance and subsequent stares are the best thing about the car, so I liveried it up for my business so staring pays!
