Nissan Juke review

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

The car broke down when it was just over 12 months old - a total HEV power loss while driving. Luckily this was on a country road rather than a smart motorway with no hard shoulder.

It was towed back to the dealer where it was purchased from new. That was over 4.5 months ago and is still there. Numerous parts have been replaced and the last update indicated that none of these have resolved the issue and the original parts are being refitted!

Nissan customer support are difficult to communicate with never reply to emails and never call back as they promise. The loan vehicle provided by Enterprise was, until recently, a diesel Ford - not really the ideal replacement for a Hybrid. This week, Nissan decided that it was getting too expensive so the dealer was instructed to provide a Qashqai.

I have requested a vehicle rejection but that is in the hands of the Nissan customer service team who, as detailed above, make communication very difficult.

Online forums etc. detail other Juke Hybrids with the same issue but Nissan and the dealer wont comment on that.
