I love the car for driving around town. It does educate you into driving calmly and serenely because the battery depletes rapidly if you drive it like a boy racer. It handles quite nicely reminds me of the VW Beetle I had in the 60s and 70s but it will accelerate quickly if you want it to. On the motorway you need to keep the speed below 70, 60-65 mph otherwise the battery will lose charge very rapidly.
How reliable do you find the car?
There's nothing much to go wrong There no engine no gearbox so therefore no clutch no cambelt no alternator in fact there is nothing to go wrong except the battery brakes but brakes don't hardly because of regeneration.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The car is everything and more Its smooth very quiet in fact almost silent. A serene driving experience and very inexpensive to runAbout their car
