What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Obviously there are the people that insist on it being "a car my nan would drive". But then again, they obviously haven't had the experience of driving one! Family/friends seem to like it.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Definitely due to it being so reliable and nippy.

What are you likely to buy next?

I am hoping to get an MG ZS Diesel as my next car as my insurance has come down a lot due to gaining a few years no claims. Plus it seems to be reliable and economical from what I have read.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Very good deal! Car had only done 45,000 miles, with a years MOT and tax for £300.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It was my first car and was very cheap to buy, run and insure!

What was the dealer like?

Friend of family, so didn't need to worry.

What's it like to drive?

For a 1.0L it has surprisingly good performance. It is a 16 valve, fuel injected, twin cam engine which pulls away with ease and reaches 60mph in no time at all! No vibrations in the steering or wheels even at 80+mph.

What's it like to park?

Too easy! big windows, small size and tight turning circle means it can parked into the smallest of spaces with ease.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I have owned it for 2 years and driven 20,000 miles now and absolutely nothing has gone wrong with it. All I have had to do is put a full set of new tyres on and an oil and filter change.

What's most practical about your car?

The reliability of it. Even though it is an 18 year old, 1.0L petrol, I have never had a single problem with it.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Has to be the twin air horns!
