What does this car say about you?

Well, as it appears that most people see it as a car for the older generation, I'm not too sure what it says about me !!!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Very impressed.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Most definitely. However I would opt next time for a 1.4 version, simply for the lower road tax and fuel economy.

What are you likely to buy next?

A newer version of the Nissan Note, but a 1.4 with all the extras.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Not really, but would have been ok if dealer had not cheated and lied about warranty and credit card charges !!! Also did not put right faults as promised.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

What was the dealer like?

Awful. Just daren't put into print how awful he/they are. Would not have gone ahead with purchase had I not set my heart on this particular car. Lied about warranty details. Did not inform me of 3% surcharge for use of credit card till I had already arranged insurance cover and purchased 6 months tax. Felt bullied and intimidated and really should have just walked away.

What's it like to drive?

Easy ..... comfortable - responsive. Only downside is the suspension is a bit on the hard side, particularly for rear seat passengers.

What's it like to park?

No problem at all. Small and easy to manoeuvre, with good all round visibilty.

Have you had any problems with the car?

There was a squeak from the front end before purchase which the dealer agreed to investigate and rectify. Turned out to be the suspension, apparently a common fault, but now sorted. No other problems so far apart from water sitting in top of suspension mountings - again apparently a common fault which I have now found a solution to on Nissan Owners forum.

What's most practical about your car?

The space - leg room, head room, boot - best I've ever seen on a relatively small car.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Automatic lights/wipers. Rear boot space adjustable floor levels. Blue tooth connection. Privacy glass in rear windows. Half leather (very comfortable) sports seats. I could go on and on - just love everything really.
