Nissan Note (2013 - 2017) 1.5 dCi Tekna (Style Pack) 5d Owner Review

I purchased this car when it had just over 4000 miles on the clock. Problems have included wind noise from front screen which manifested in the seals coming away and a new windscreen being replaced. The front A pillar covers have popped off. New clips were replaced and within two weeks the pillar covers came away again. There is a constant rattle from the rear seats, squeaking from all seats and a rattle from the parcel shelf which is very flimsy. Overall the noise levels in the car are higher than my old Note. The bushes have also had to be replaced. Initially the car had problems with accelerating away even when applying the brake. I was told this was due to the engine style and the fact that it was calling for more power because of the gear I was in but I would expect a car to start to slow down when braking! I don't think the build quality is as good as my 10 plate Note although this had problems with a constant water leak from the aircon unit requiring two changes of interior floor mats at a cost to Nissan. No more Nissans for me.
