What is miles per pound?
Fuel economy
A more stringent standard for fuel economy (WLTP) was introduced from September 2017, and this model was not required to undergo that test.
Its fuel economy measured under the previous test system was 31 - 43 mpg. However these figures are less likely to be achievable in real world driving and so should never be compared to another car's mpg which was measured under the newer, more realistic WLTP system.

Parts and service costs are fairly keen to attract fleet buyers, giving average running costs. Fuel consumption is acceptable rather than exceptional.Sensibly priced and comprehensively equipped. ABS is standard, also air conditioning from S upwards. Heavy fleet car depreciation makes one- and two-year old examples look cheap.
Previous Primera ranges were generally reliable; this generation should give minimal problems if properly maintained. Only buy with full service history.
