My partner loves the seating and falls asleep on long journeys. (Certainly better then the Vaxhaul Zafira). People like the central console. Some think it is a Prius.

It is frustrating, Nissan do not have a new Primera, the nearest is a Qashqai, but I am not sure if this is for me. Although I do worry about the influence of Renault...

What's it like to drive?

The ride is very comfortable and the cabin is spacious. My partner always falls aleep on long journeys!. The 1.8S is not 'fast' unless you hit the gas (not sure why!), nor is it exciting to drive (compared to my old Primera). But the ride is very good!. I have rented several cars on holiday and I always feel back at home in my Primera. (Even though it is older car, it is still better then some small engined car).

What's it like to park?

I got used to it. (London parking!).

Have you had any problems with the car?

The car is now 14 years old. I have owned the car for 9 years. It has done 80,000 miles. The car has generally been reliable, compared to my old Japanese Primera, it needed a few extra repairs. If you are buying a second hand, it is important to get the timing belt replaced as that is the most expensive thing to replace.

What's most practical about your car?

Seats go down.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Climate Control! Wish it had DAB or 3.5mm jack!
