Summary
What does this car say about you?
Sharp, stylish and flash but still in the background of the mainstream vehicles.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Big, luxurious and very well equipped. My partner's father is now considering buying one.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, it may not be the best car in the class but it is the most equipped for the price. Reliability is always a big question for me, I have had a few Nissans and none of them have gone wrong.
What are you likely to buy next?
Another Qashqai or maybe a Navara.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It drives very well, I thought the 1.5 dCi might have been a bit lacking as I didn't get a thorough test but it pulls extremely well no matter what the gear is. If you are being a bit aggressive it does have a lot of body roll, but then again its not a sports car it still clings to the road in that roll though with no indication of letting go.
What's it like to park?
Its very easy to park. I tend to use the cameras as an aid to parking and not depend on them. That said the steering is very light to manoeuvre but the front is a big bonnet to swing, drivers with parking difficulties may struggle. The back visability for reverse parking is limited. However the side mirrors are big enough to see well behind.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing major so far, the Connect system has frozen once but may be due to corrupted usb.
What's most practical about your car?
The ease of getting in and out. I'm quite tall and find it difficult getting in and out of some cars, this car is no trouble whatsoever, the doors open wide with nothing to get caught on and the drop to the seat is easy.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Nissan/Bose system, the sound quality is brilliant. The subwoofer can be drowned out however if you have a bit of stuff in the boot.
