    Sales guy was reasonable, the salesman trying to flog GAP insurance etc. was exceptionally slimy.

    Very "firm", nicer when the suspension isn't broken

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Squeaky seats and seat belts. Rear suspension replaced 6 months ago and now on way out again, had to wait 3 months for part which magically appeared a few days after writing a letter of complaint to Nissan. Suffered "loss of drive", dealer and Nissan have no explanation other than "external influence" but charged me £228 for clutch. Many complaints later and costs recovered - have discovered that cost of warranty repair was at least £2377.88. Also, £1837.88 to replace a dual-mass flywheel under warranty, apparently, so maintenance will be very expensive when warranty expires.
