Nissan Qashqai SUV 1.3 DiG-T MH 158 Tekna 5dr Xtronic Owner Review

I love this car, it’s the best car I have ever owned.
It feels safe and handles well.
It did require a firmware update to the Infotainment system but that is easily done via the internet through your smartphone.
The only problem I had was when I decided to buy a Qashqai new as a cash buyer I started to call around my local dealers, on a Saturday, but they were all quoting 9 - 12 months delivery. So I kept increasing the radius of my calls until I found a Qashqai Tekna, in Gun Metalic (dark grey), with Black and Cream seats, the specification that I wanted, at a dealership about 100 miles away. The order had just been cancelled by the previous customer. I gave them a 10% deposit on my card and then collected it 4 days later on the Wednesday after the PDI had been done.
I think that the economy is good and I car is so spacious. I use Apple CarPlay all the time as I listen to the music streaming service Tidal via the internet. I love the glass panoramic roof, as do rear seat passengers together with rear leg room, and rear doors that open to almost 90 degrees!
My late father had a Daimler Double Six Vanden Plas Series II from new, this was the first car I ever drove on the road at 17! The Qashqai feels better to me.
