Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£20,000
When did you buy the car?
August 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yea, got a great trade in price for my 11 year old Xtrail.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
1. Old school off roader styling (unlike womany kia sportage or honda crv) 2. Best 4x4 in class (needed for Polish Siberian style winters) 3. 3 year warranty 4. Ride height 5. Had previous model XTrail and loved it, very reliable 6. Got a great trade in offer from Nissan dealer 7. Made in Japan not Romania 8. Ride comfort and handling 9. Economical but gutsy 173 hp diesel 10. Family and Rodesian Ridgeback friendly.
What was the dealer like?
Business focused, great to negotiate with and professional.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Great. Quiet frugal diesel, floats over Polish pothole roads, eats up km on the motorway and drives "premium car" Polish drivers insane when it effortlessly leaves them behind at trafffic lights (very rarely done of course Mr Officer).
What's it like to park?
Piece of cake with camera.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nope. Anyway, covered by a 3 year pan European warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
Ride height, comfort, loads of space and hidey holes, easy to park, big but not ridiculous like Landcruiser or Escalade.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Bose speakers and subwoofer. Elvis sounds great.
