Perodua Kelisa (2002 - 2008) EXi 5d Owner Review

My car is a 2005 but it didn't have to option for me to select it ,These little machines are brilliant considering how basic they are made, it's literally a Daihatsu cuore L700 with a different front end, hidden rust, tracking and exhausts are usually what goes wrong on these so it's not a hard thing to fix, fast little cars considering they are 1L that's probably down to the 650 kg weight of the car, plenty of aftermarket parts available you just have to look on foreign sights to get them these cars are getting pretty hard to find now and prices seem to be ranging from £300-£2500 they are generally low mileage for there age and sometimes well maintained its hard to find service information but to my memory as I have do it myself it's every 60k miles u should replace the timing belt and gear oil the gear oil is 75w90 and holds close to 2L of fluid i do recommend you change sparkplugs to iridium ones as the standard ones don't tend to last if you drive hard,some modes suffer with water coming in and the problem area is usually on the roof rail or boot bung for wiring, this car is pretty roomy inside considering its the total size of it.
