Value
Bought cheaply in Nov 2000, because of 94k mileage. Perfect for first-time buyers.
Costs
Cheap fuel and inexpensive parts. Bodywork still looks fantastic.

On the road
Driving
Have driven many cars - hasn't been beaten for fun value.
Performance
Grips the road well. Nippy for a 1.1 car due to fuel injection.

Living with it
Reliability
For a car which has now done 108k miles, running superbly.
Image
One of the more classy-looking cars of its age. Alloy wheels, metallic paint and central-locking.
Comfort
Seats could go further back. Not great in the back seats if you have long legs. Perfect for driving yourself though.

Security and Service
Security
Pretty basic. Central locking is a big plus.
