Economy
Value
Not a bad used price, but there are better cars for the price.
Costs
Service costs were cheap, as were parts. And about 46 MPG isn't too shabby either.

Driving
The driving position is a bit cramped and the pedals are too close to each other. But the lack of acceleration, clunky gearbox, noisy diesel engine and basic steering all seem to make it a fun drive.
Performance
Whilst its initial acceleration is very slow (0-60 takes about 10years), the engine does sit happy at 80-90mph once gets there, and at a push I've had it up to 103mph.

Living with it
Reliability
I've replaced the cambelt and exhaust, i got a new tyre due to a puncture and had the clutch adjusted, and now the gaiters on the driveshaft need replacing and theres a chip in the windscreen. But no leaks and its never broken down.
Image
Its not as pretty as some of its rivals, but at the same time its not an ugly either. It tends to blend in with whatevers around it. Which is good because it won't stand out to a thief, but its a bad thing when your trying to find where you parked it.
Comfort
The seats are soft and comfy, there's also fair space in the rear seats. The ride however is spoilt by the noisy engine, and you do tend to feel most of the bumps on the road.

Security and Service
Security
There's 2 simple security features to fend off theives. 1/ because it looks plain, the theif wouldn't even notice it, he'd steel the SEAT instead. 2/ Its acceleration is so slow that he'd only make it to the end of the driveway before the poilce arrived.
Service

No problems here, though I changed the cambelt at 108k.
Other
I've changed a tyre, replaced the exhaust and adjusted the clutch so far. The driveshaft gaiters will need replacing soon, and the windscreen has a chip which needs sorting.
