Economy
Value
Can't get better value, as I paid £190 for mine. I've done most of the mechanical work and I saved loads of money this way.
Costs
Parts from the main dealer are never going to be cheap really, but the receipt's look great in the service history.

Driving
Car feel's great to drive, it's great in 2nd and 3rd gears and is OK on the motorway, but it's made from the B roads and this is where it comes into its own, round twisty roads it's brilliant especially with the right tyres on.
Performance
For 1.4 it is very quick, but I've put a 4-2-1 manifold and full mongoose exhaust system on.

Living with it
Reliability
Apart the mod, which is going to be sorted, it run's starts and drives.
Image
Love the MK 1 106's but the XSi is the best looking out of the range, that's why I've brought one.
Comfort
The front seats are very supportive and the back seats aren't too bad, as long as your friends are below 6'. The pedal's are rubbish though as they seem to not be very well spaced.

Security and Service
Security
Well if I can't get it to start with the key when the mod decides to have an off day then no thieves are going to hot wire it, would recommend updating the security if you want it on your drive after a few weeks.
Service
Whenever I've rang about parts or little problems they have always bent over backwards to help.
