Summary
What does this car say about you?
Tight and doesn't care what people think - it's just a car to go from A to B.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No opinion. Do get a few remarks about why I don't get something newer, but I'm not going to change the car until it goes wrong. Who knows, it may last years yet.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Maybe, or a newer Peugeot diesel like a 206 or 207
What are you likely to buy next?
Maybe a Peugeot 206 or 207 diesel or a Toyota Yaris.

£950

Not too bad a deal, they knocked £250 off asking price. Also got the cambelt changed at half price and a free service.

Cheap to run and tax. Good condition too.
What was the dealer like?
Very helpful and friendly.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Sluggish and sounds very agricultural especially when cold, but I didn't buy it for speed.
What's it like to park?
Can be heavy on the steering when parking as there is no power steering. Not a problem though.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Just normal wear and tear. In two and a half years I've had two tyres, a battery and a few bulbs. So pretty good for a cheap and 15 year old car.
What's most practical about your car?
Very economical, does roughly 55mpg. Enough space and a big enough boot for me.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
No gadgets as such, very simple which means less to go wrong.
