Summary
What does this car say about you?
I like things that are well designed.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They are intrigued by its small size and surpised by the comfortable ride.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes. It's cheap to run (has averaged 55mpg since new and costs £20 to tax). It's reliable and fun to drive.
What are you likely to buy next?
Not thinking of buying at the moment but I'll look closely at whatever replaces the 107 when this is 5 years old.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
Yes
What price did you pay?
£7,300
When did you buy the car?
March 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, I think so. The car was pre-registered with 40 miles on the clock and was discounted £2700 from the list price. I also got a generous p/ex on my six-years-old car.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
To save money on petrol, road tax and insurance.
What was the dealer like?
Helpful, friendly and tried her best but not particularly clued up.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Smashing. If you're in a hurry you can work the gears and push it like a classic Mini or you can drive it sedately and it acts like a much larger car. Cruises well at motorway speeds and agile around town.
What's it like to park?
Couldn't be easier with its short length, power steering, big mirrors and clear rear view through tailgate.
-
Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not a thing in 15,000 miles.
What's most practical about your car?
Split rear seats, wide doors, comfortable seats, easy-to-clean upholstery (leather and alcantara).
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
It doesn't have many but I couldn't live without the aircon.
