Peugeot 2008 Estate (2013-2019) verdict

Should you buy a used Peugeot 2008?
The 2008 offers a wide range of engines and trim levels and plenty of practicality for a growing family. Though it’s not particularly exciting to drive, it’s very comfortable and rides the UK’s pockmarked roads well.
Getting a well looked-after 2008 is key, so insist on a full service history and evidence of any necessary recall work. We’d opt for at least an Active trim level, as these get the touchscreen infotainment system – later on, equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. But all trim levels have something to offer. Top-spec cars aren’t really necessary but do come with some lovely goodies, such as the panoramic sunroof.
Buy carefully and you’ll have a good small crossover that’s comfortable, practical, and efficient.
