Economy
Value
Cheap for the spec.
Costs
Thirsty. Tyres consumed quickly and quite pricey. Parts reasonable, but mostly repaired under warranty. Exhaust replacement very expensive: corroded very quickly.
-
On the road
Driving
Rolls when cornering quickly, otherwise quite grippy.
Performance
Faster than 1.1 and 1.4. Look at GTi 180 for any oomph, or non-Peugeot.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Electrical faults common.
Image
Too much 206, not enough different.
Comfort
Standard for type. Tight for space in back.
-
Security and Service
Security
Recurrent alarm faults.
Service
Local dealer seems ok and puts things right when faults inevitably reoccur, they do try to put it right again foc.
