Summary
What does this car say about you?
Young, stylish, practical
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Good first car, reliable, looks good
Would you buy this car again and why?
I would but not in the 1.1 version maybe the 1.4 or 1.6 with sports suspension. The 1.1 is fine around town but on the motorway it sometimes struggles to keep up with traffic.
What are you likely to buy next?
Something like a hot hatch (once i have some NCD) something like Clio 172, Fabia RS or the Fiesta ST

I paid £3400 for my 206 it had 42,000 on the clock and although this is just over book price the previous owner had just had 4 new tyre (£200) a major service and MOT done so seemed a good buy.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
First car for me so had to be something small and good looking also within my price range. The car had A/C and a Cd player two of things i really wanted.
What was the dealer like?

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Not that exciting steering is very light although that is good in town. The suspension is little soft but this rides well over the bumps speed bumps and potholes on many of the roads these days.
What's it like to park?
Easy as it so small you can get into really small gaps!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The exhaust went at around 45000 miles although this is just down to wear and tear and cost £75 for a new one. The brake switch kept sticking although once I had found it (its on the passenger side) I managed to fix it in about 2minutes.
What's most practical about your car?
Being a hatchabck when the seats are dwon the load space is huge you can get about 10 black bin bags in it to go to the tip.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Controls for the stereo next to the steering wheel and A/C of course!
