I made a big mistake when I went car shopping !

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They think it's cheap and poor quality.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No chance whatsoever of me ever owning another Peugeot as the quality is shocking.

A Toyota Yaris or Honda Civic.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I got a fair price for my part exchange so was happy with the deal.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Liked the style of the car and the equipment included as standard.

What was the dealer like?

Seemed very good.

What's it like to drive?

Easy to drive with low road noise and comfortable seats. Driving position is a bit odd but I'm used to it. Gearbox is terrible and "sloppy".

What's it like to park?

Easy to park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The Clarion multimedia system failed when the car was 14 months old and was replaced under warranty. The exhaust bracket snapped when the car was 18 months old. Just outside the 3 year warranty the windscreen washer pump failed leaking water into the wiring loom and fuse box. It cost me £1250 to repair !

What's most practical about your car?

I like the way the rear seats go down flat to get my mountain bike into the car.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

My favourite gadget is the built in sat nav although it's very slow to respond so probably a TomTom from Halfords would be better.
