Summary
What does this car say about you?
Not sure, I think the car is stylish, looks better than its peers - a lot like me lol.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Family think it's great, they love the roof, also the multimedia options - usb, aux connection and the internal hard drive for all your music is great!
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably, depending what else is out on the market at the time. Why? because it ticked all the boxes for what I required. Although may not go for hybrid model, the fuel efficiency is nowhere near what Peugeot claim, but I didn't set out to get a hybrid, it just happened to have everything else I wanted at a price I was happy with.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably another crossover, got to pay for this one before I think about changing it!

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£0
When did you buy the car?
May 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Fairly happy with the deal, had reasonable part-ex price and decent reductions on extras.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I was looking for a deisel automatic for work but with decent cabin space for family.
What was the dealer like?
Helpful, not overpowering but lacked detailed knowledge of the car itself.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Plenty of acceleration, gear change is not as smooth as my old 407 auto but no complaints, change from electric to diesel is not noticable. Cornering is good, I believe the extra weight of the batteries helps (according to other reviews I've read). Visibility is excellent, large wing mirrors and rear window (don't understand other reviews being critical). Fuel efficiency is the let down, nowhere near what the official figures claim or what the dealer told me to expect. I can get 50mpg on a 250 mile commute to work, mostly motorways. Round town I can get mid 50's, upto 60 if I'm lucky and drive as if I'm driving Miss Daisy.
What's it like to park?
Easy to park, although you can't see the front of the vehicle, no matter how high the seat setting is so I would recommend having front parking sensors also (which I have).

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing wrong so far, build quality seems good, interior appears robust and well put together.
What's most practical about your car?
Space is excellent, feels a bit like the tardis, bigger on the inside. You do loose storage with the hybrid version due to the batteries but still a good size boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Panoramic roof is great, blind retracts to the back, it could do with a small front blind or visor for the driver as when the sun is high in front of you it can dazzle you through the roof.
