In their own words

On the plus side, it looks good both inside and out. It is spacious, has acceptable performance from the 1.2 litre 3 cylinder petrol engine and is incredibly economical. Although far from the top specification (it is the Allure model), it is well equipped with front and rear parking sensors, reversing camera, lane departure system (which can be switched off), a good sat-nav, cruise control, voice activated commands and emergency break warning. The virtual cockpit can be switched through several modes to display different sets of information but the speed is always visible. A camera detects traffic speed signs and displays the reading on the panel. On the minus side, the front seat squabs could be a little longer for added comfort but the biggest niggle is the need to alter most settings (heating temperature, air-con, fan speed, radio etc.) through the central touch screen. A control knob especially for heating would be much more convenient. It is disappointing that Peugeot only supports free sat- nav updates for three years after which an optional annual subscription (well above buying a stand alone unit) is payable. Would I recommend this vehicle? Yes definitely. It is an eye catcher and does most things well.
