Summary
What does this car say about you?
Not much. It's just pretty.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
My family like it (it's sensible), but most friends are into a different kind of car. I like it, and that's all that matters.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Definitely. It's a brilliant car that looks nice even after 10 years, but would be much better with the HDI engine.
What are you likely to buy next?
Hopefully a Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI.

Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£1,990
When did you buy the car?
June 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Expensive for what it is, but 46k miles on the clock and a free 3 month warranty...and everything's mint!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a less used and abused car with lower miles
What was the dealer like?
Excellent, rare to find a dealer who will let a 17 year old test drive one of their cars alone.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Quite heavy steering, but really grippy and good fun.
What's it like to park?
It's quite big, but there aren't many major blindspots...it's just a battle with the heavy steering.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Earth wire has gone, RAC came out and fixed it, £30 to replace. Brake discs, £130 job and drivetrain rubber thingys (not sure what they are) £70 each wheel. (£140 for the front two)
What's most practical about your car?
It's got 5 doors and it still looks lovely.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Automatic windscreen wipers. Not something you'd expect on this type of car.
