Economy
Value
Quite cheap to buy although can be overpriced
Costs
33 mpg average is rubbish and the tank takes £45 to fill it up. Goes wrong quite often
-
On the road
Driving
Good handling although it is very twitchy in the wet, ride is very good. Gearbox is very notchy
Performance
Pretty quick when unladen because it is very light although it is pretty slow when laden. Lots of torque which is a plus, manages 5th gear at 30 mph

Living with it
Reliability
Hasnt broken down although lots of niggling faults. Key pad broken, radio can be volatile, leaking radiator, plugs needed doing, gearbox is on its way out and the engine sounds like it is full of nails at low speeds due to something in the engine
Image
It does look very good from most angles although the interior is horrible. For a 17yr old it has a good image, it's pretty handsome, has much more extras than your average Fiesta or Corsa that most people my age have and it goes pretty well
Comfort
Very good ride, but the engine is noisy and soundproofing isn't very good, 3500 rpm at 70 mph gets tiring. Bucket seats quite comfy, but headroom is appalling with sunroof and bucket seats hard to get out of

Security and Service
Security
Hasn't been broken into, doesnt always lock and remote locking is weak. The button on the drivers side which locks the car is broken and sometimes gets jammed making the car impossible to lock
Service
Peugeot Garage very good when used although only used for buying spares
