Economy
Value
Got a fairly good deal, but has depreciated by £1000 in 18 months.
Costs
Ok on fuel economy. Driveshaft went at 120k - common fault on Peugeots. Had to have a new radiator at 128k, then engine blew up at 129k. £800 to get a second hand engine fitted. cambelt snapped - still awaiting a costing, could be up to £1100

On the road
Driving
Good when revved, but you just seem to be getting there then have to change gear. corners very well, especially with bigger, wided alloys than the standard 14's
Performance
As driving. Just a bit sluggish until turbo kicks in.

Living with it
Reliability
Common niggles like driveshaft. Shot a rod through engine - also not un-heard of. crap garage caused more problems.
Image
Looks good, but needs bigger wheels than the standard ones. Interior very tidy.
Comfort
Great comfortable seats, plenty of room front & back. good on a long journey.

Security and Service
Security
Deadlock as standard - could do with an alarm though. Having said that mine hasn't been broken in to.
Service
Hornsby ltd in Coventry. Fitted second hand engine for £800 which took forever - about a month, then a radiator hose came off day after i got it back. also had an oil leak - had to go back 2 more times, finally got it sorted 7 weeks after first goin in.
