Economy
Value
Costs quite a lot to buy, but depreciates slowly and running costs are low.
Costs
40-42mpg however I drive. Low insurance group for performance.

On the road
Driving
Handles very well. Takes some courage to throw into bends but rewards the effort. Firm suspension and responsive steering make a lot of sense.
Performance
Reasonable - will work like a 1.8 Petrol engine, except up hills, where it wil be more like a 2.2 petrol with its additional torque.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Not much gone wrong in 40K miles.
Image
A bit dated now, but still looks better than any cheap Ford or Japanese nonsense.
Comfort
AC and all the adjustments make this car an excellent buy. Some wind noise prevents a '5' rating for the money.

Security and Service
Security
Deadlocks are virtually inpenetrable. No standard alarm.
Service
N/A - use private Citreon/Peugeot specialist - very good.

Problems and Ownership
Problems

Other
