    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

There are so many for sale that prices aren't too high.

    Costs

    3 out of 5 3.0

OK, I've had to replace some pricey parts. The heater matrix went, which meant the whole dash had to be removed.

    Driving

Handles really well. Point it and it goes. I feel safe knowing nothing unexpected is going to happen. Good feedback from the ride. Heavy clutch, though.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

Good motorway driver. Can be pushed a bit more when required. It pulls well at lower revs.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

Starts first time, everytime. It gives me confidence.

Good looking car, despite its age. That's the Pinafarina talent for you.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

Peugeot shocks are great. The interior is tired now and the seats are beginning to sag. As in another review, the steering wheel is a bit too far away for comfort if you are tall.

  • Security and Service

    Security

    3 out of 5 3.0

    Immobiliser, deadlock.

    Service

    3 out of 5 3.0

Servicing has been ok at a private garage, although some expensive parts have been replaced.

Changed the cam belt at 50,000 miles, but not really a problem.

    Other

Unidentified significant leak, periodically. French electrics. Tired interior.
