Driving
No power steering but otherwise a pleasure.
Performance
Very impressive for an old non-turbo diesel. 0-40 achieved quickly but acceleration drops off a bit after that.

Living with it
Reliability
11 years old and it starts 1st turn every time. Feels solid.
Image
Phase 1 306's have got great sporty looks - went a bit girly from P reg onwards though
Comfort
Cabin is roomy but while seats are comfy, they're too soft for long journeys.
-
Security and Service
Security
1 x unsuccessful break in attempt meant I had to change the locks - but he didn't get in!
Service
Local main dealer offered to look it over & report on it for free! (I had bought another car from them before so was an 'established' customer)
