Economy
Value
Paid over the odds at Peugeot dealer but car has more than re-paid me over the years.
Costs
Good fuel ecomomy, low insurance, very reliable - as close as it gets to free motoring.
-
On the road
Driving
Beautiful soft ride, handles well too, decent steering, needs a turbo.
Performance
Needs a turbo but good grunt makes it feel almost nippy round town. Worst on b-roads where overtaking is not an option. Goes surprisingly well on the motorway.

Living with it
Reliability
Mechanically excellent. Electrics generally poor but there aren't many things on this car that require electricity.
Image
I think it's got a nice image - it's a very endearing car.
Comfort
Driving position and seat nothing special - suspension however is really nice.

Security and Service
Security
You need a key to get in it and start the engine! No other features.
Service
I generally dislike main agents although I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of Birtwistles in Northwich where I bought it.
