Economy
Value
High spec for the money!
Costs
Really expensive - £1700 bill from a minor service! Loads of expensive engine management problems - trouble getting the wheels balanced - £10 a corner at a Peugeot dealer - most Kwikfits can't do it.
-
On the road
Driving
Lots of body roll, but handles well.
Performance
Very quick - suprises many a boy racer, but gets a bit breathless through the gears.
-
Living with it
Reliability
Loads of engine management problems, poor electrics all around, airbags, wipers, all dodgy, but the engine is bomb proof - expensive to put right electrical faults.
Image
Head turner in a dark colour. Very sporty look. Really nice alloys.
Comfort
Poor quality sports seats, although they do have lumbar support. Not much room in the back.

Security and Service
Security
Not had a problem in 3 1/2 years, although make sure the security lock is fitted to the spare wheel!
Service
Patchy service - some dealers are really good, others avoid replacing parts, especially under warranty!
