Poor at low speeds over pot holes/ speed humps etc. Best on motorways etc.

Adequate. Fairly flexible for 1.6 16V engine.

Living with it
Reliability
Mechanically sound, but electronics and build quality very poor. Twelve items replaced. Including three recalls. All faults/ items replace without quibble. Although squeaky exhaust and rattle from rear of car still exist.
Image
Good looking car. Sham it's a backward step from enjoable 306.
Comfort
Big seats are firm, but comfortable. No back problems experienced on 600 miles one stop journeys.

Security and Service
Security
Immobiliser only. Unreliability of car is deterent enough for car thieves to leave alone.
Service
Quite good, but needed to chase service dept.
