Peugeot 307 Hatchback (2001 - 2007) 1.6 Rapier 3d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
An okay car for the shopping run but hot hatch it isn't. I purchased it in 2012 and then sold it in 2018, I reckon it got scrapped a year after. Don't see many on the road now due to age and I suspect electrical issues. Paint work was okay for the age.
How reliable do you find the car?
Owned the car for 6 years and in that time the only mechanical failure was a crank sensor; car wouldn't start whilst parked at home. The electric weren't so great, with the cabin heater needing repair and the air warning light going off. Also passenger door stopped opening.
Proved more reliable than I was expecting from a used french car, however it didn't covered many miles during my ownership.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
It doesn't feel or perform like a hot hatch. Too much body roll into the corners and defeated up hill. Engine sounded like a vacuum cleaner with little go.
