Summary
What does this car say about you?
Someone that went for the average car, nothing too flashy wants to save his money before he moves onto bigger things.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Just your average car I guess, family and friends are shocked at how smooth it is considering its high mielage.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I wouldnt mind buying this car agin so long as the colour was black or something more manly. I mean I havent had a problem with my Peugeot (yet).
What are you likely to buy next?
Definitely has to be an Alfa 159 Diesel. I love the italian styling, definitely has to be black aswell. The evil look of the car amazing!.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£1,000
When did you buy the car?
September 2010
Did you get a good deal and why?
Definitely a good deal. £1000 for a 2003 peugeot with full service history. Also top spec, came with climate control, multichanger, spoiler, bodykit etc etc. However high miles but mainly motorway.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed a car to get to uni and work. Neighbour was selling cheap due to having his licence revoked. seemed convenient to buy.
What was the dealer like?
Neighbour needed a quick sale so I flashed him the cash and squeezed the best deal I could out of him haha.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
I love driving it, its smooth, the engine is sweet, no knocks rattles bangs or any faults mechanically. However it seems a bit bit underpowered uphills sometimes, but once you get it moving it is pretty nippy. Some minor issues with the indicator storks aaargh but to be expected of 307's.
What's it like to park?
It's quite straightforward to park. High seating position gives you an all clear view around. so not bad at all.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I've had it for the last 5months now and honestly for a petrol engine car, and being peugeot 307 (doesn't have the best of reputations) and my one having 109000 on the clock I havent spent a single penny on it. Im actually shocked.
What's most practical about your car?
I think having the trip computer helps alot. It being a 1.6 petrol engine and me mainly doing town driving, it returns an impressive 34mpg on the trip computer. I think thats pretty impressive.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Like I mentioned love the trip computer, however the multichanger has to be mentioned. Have a selection of CD's in the drive and select whichever when mood changes.
