    Bought at 27,000 miles and is now at 224,000 miles and still going strong, has been wonderful transport.

    Very little spent apart from what has worn out. Engine has never been apart, original clutch gearbox etc. One weakness possibly rear brake cylinders. Budget tyres about £25. Parts are relatively cheap. Engines known to reach 350,000 miles.

    Glove compartment lid catch broke hard to find a replacement at scrapyard, over £70 for a new one so fitted a magnetic catch. Sunroof plasic runner trim came loose and made a whistling noise above 50mph. Original wheel covers kept falling off.
